Brynn FitzClemen - Certified Small Animal Massage Practitioner
An Oregon native, Brynn was born in a small cabin in the wilderness of Walton. Her family moved back and forth to Hawaii a few times, finally settling in Eugene. She sought out the services of a holistic veterinarian after a previous negative experience with a conventional vet, and ended up as a veterinary assistant in that practice for three years. During that time she studied nutrition and alternative medicine for companion animals.
One of Brynn's dogs, Stilton, suffered from a knee injury and compensational hip problems. He was treated non-surgically and is fully recovered after a number of manual therapy sessions. Throughout this experience, Brynn was inspired to pursue a career in bodywork for animals. She is now certified as a small animal massage practitioner through the Northwest School of Animal Massage. Recently she re-enrolled at Oregon State University to pursue a degree in animal science and animal behavior, with veterinary school to follow.
Brynn and her husband currently have 2 dogs & a cat (all thriving on raw diets), and a flock of chickens. In her free time she enjoys hiking, knitting, board games, and growing her own food. She can't wait to complete her education so she can help more critters thrive!
